HOLIDAY FAMILY FUN

The best part of the holiday season isn’t the gifts that we receive. It is the memories we make with the people we love. Today, I am sharing a list of activities you can enjoy with your loved ones during the most wonderful time of the year.

  • Arrange a family and friends game night via Zoom or Google Meet.

  • Participate in a bake off with your significant other and/or children.

  • Enjoy a marathon of your favorite holiday movies.

  • Give to a local clothing drive or food bank.

  • Learn about a holiday tradition that is different from yours (e.g. Kwanzaa or Winter Solstice).

  • Decorate your home with members of your household while listening to your favorite festive music.

  • Write a gratitude list with your loved ones of all the blessings you received in the current year.

  • Have a prayer call with family and/or friends to prepare for the new year..

Have a blessed holiday season. Let us find ways to love and serve our family, friends, and community in healthy and respectful ways.

John 13:13 Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. 14 If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet. 15 For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. 16 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him.
